Customer for 8yrs+
Long renowned as a world leader in black-and-white analog films, papers, and chemicals and now colour.
Investment in a new densitometer needed a new solution for scanning, storing and retrieving results.
Harman put in a place a new, bespoke densitometer built just for them. They needed a bespoke software solution to partner it.
The first part of the solution we developed was a middleware client to allow a web application to control the densitometer and read scanned data.
This was then paired with a cloud based solution that would initiate calibration, and scans. Scan data was then stored and key parameter data calculated.
We then charted the data and made it available for download by the R&D team. Another enhancement was to integrate with their core ERP system.
As the business grew, further integrations were made to colour scanners. The most recent addition has been to replace other parts of their QS system. So as the business has grown so has the solution.
TJS Solutions Ltd
Customer for 7yrs+
Specialists in training and compliance for Health and Social Care sectors TJS required a staff compliance and training platform.
TJS provide specialist training to the health and care sector and as the business grew so did the need for a reduction in admin and improved delivery options.
So Sphere was built. A platform, built by Scoped Solutions but sold by TJS.
Encapsulating settings, staff, training compliance requirements and logs. Including built in reports and key performance charts. Enhancements came along as business needs evolved.
So, as the business grew so did the platform. Enhancements included digital online exams and certifications. With a student portal providing them with access to exams, CPD logs and more.
Then came integration to a partners digital training video content system. And more is already in the pipeline.
Bridge Street Stone
Customer for 9yrs+
Bridge Street Stone are a builders merchants focusing on stone and masonry.
Much of the business was run on paper and spreadsheets with customer knowledge spread all over.
They approached us to develop a web based Quote, Order and Stock management system to remove inefficiencies in the business and take better control of stock.
The application allows all departments to share the same information, automatically generate accurate quotes and ensure the correct stock amounts are deducted at despatch. The system provides stock and finance reports, is fully searchable and tracks order progress.
Integration to POS and signature pads soon followed as the need for using the system front of house emerged.
Again, a familiar story, the business grew adding a new site. So we evolved the solution adding multi-site stock abilities
